- Only authentic products — no counterfeits or misrepresentation.
- Accurate listings with genuine images and clear specifications.
- Dispatch within 48 hours of order confirmation.
- Respond to customer messages within 24 hours.
- Maintain a minimum 4.0-star rolling average.
Violations may lead to suspension or removal from the marketplace.
